Before Herbalife I was 30
years of age, 105 kg, over weight and feeling what I thought
were the affects of
getting old and playing too much football.
My aches and pains and lack of
energy along with my lack of health really had a devastating affect on my quality of
life.

and in the first 2 months on the Ultimate program I lost 12
kgs and went on
to lose 20 kgs without any exercise.
After losing the weight I felt
